Whats the process to sign up with Refund Retriever?

To get signed-up with us immediately, please use our online signup form. As an alternative, you may also feel free to download this form and fax it to us at 1 (800) 699-0329.

  1. Send in your completed sign up form. Online Signup Form
  2. We will contact you to setup the online billing access.(Insert small screen shot of online billing, images online biling center 1 and 2)


  3. We audit each and every package for:
    • LATE DELIVERIES (GSR)
      BOGUS ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
      RESIDENTIAL vs. COMMERICAL SURCHARGE MISTAKES
      INCORRECTLY WEIGHED PACKAGES
      UNSHIPPED/UNVOICED PACKAGES
      DUPLICATE INVOICES or CHARGES.
      AND MUCH MORE!.

  4. You're Done! Refund Retriever watches your carrier accounts without any interaction ever again, just sit back and wait for our paper and electronic reports.

Log into our system and see our activity on your accounts, refunds pending, refunds obtained and confirmed, and a full invoice history.

Each month Refund Retriever will send a detailed monthly invoice that is payable by check or online. Our fee is 50% of whatever refunds we obtain on your shipping accounts.


That's all you have to do to begin reducing your overall shipping expenditures.

Refund Retriever monitors every shipment, not just big-ticket items, and disputes qualifying service guarantee failures for refunds. You will get all your refunds for service failures, unmanifested packages, incorrect accessorial charges, etc.

You will never need to send us data, shipping reports or interact with the carrier to get a refund. Our system works independently of how you currently ship. All refunds are credited to your account via the original unpaid invoice or credited to a future invoice or a check in your hands. We only bill you for credits you have received.

A delivery performance study on UPS, DHL and FedEx, shows an 88% to 91% on-time delivery for domestic next-day 10:30 am service in the results for National performance. (Services aside from next-day do generally have a higher on-time delivery percentage.)
