How Refund Retriever Works


Signing up, what to expect, getting refunds, being in touch with us ...

Whats the process to sign up with Refund Retriever?

To sign up please fax us this form to (713) 790-0519. Please print clearly! When we receive your information, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail and begin our setup process! Here is how is works:

  1. Send in your completed sign up form.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from Refund Retriever to verify your information within the next business day.
  3. There will be informtion within the confirmation email requesting more information or instructions on Carrier Setup (i.e. UPS Worldship, Online Billing Accounts, etc).
  4. Once set up, Refund Retriever watches your carrier accounts without any interaction ever again, just sit back and wait for our paper and electronic reports.
  5. Each week you will receive Weekly Refund Retriever Progress Emails for each carrier. We show you what Refund Retriever has done that week and how much money we made for you.
  6. Each month Refund Retriever will send a detailed monthly invoice that is payable by check or online.

Thats all you have to do to begin reducing your overall shipping expenditures.

Refund Retriever monitors every shipment, not just big-ticket items, and disputes qualifying service guarantee failures for refunds. You will get all your refunds for service failures. Once your carrier account(s) information is setup in our system and if used, a one time simple configuration of your shipping software, you’ll be good to go.

You will never need to send us data, shipping reports or interact with the carrier to get a refund. Our system works independently of how you currently ship.
